At Joncycle, we want every ride to feel right from the start. If something isn’t as expected, we offer a clear and structured return process.
Return Eligibility
Bicycles
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery
- The bike must be:
- Unused and not ridden outdoors
- In original condition (no scratches, damage, or modifications)
- Returned with original packaging and accessories
Important:
Due to safety and resale requirements, used bicycles cannot be returned unless there is a verified defect.
Accessories & Parts
- Return window: 14 days after delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Complete (no missing parts)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, especially for bicycles
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or videos as evidence
- We will:
- Arrange a replacement or
- Issue a full refund
- Cover return shipping if applicable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
👉 To change a product:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time:
- 3–7 business days after inspection
- Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item is defective
Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept returns if:
- The bike has been used outdoors
- The product shows signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
- The return request is submitted after the return window
- The item is missing original packaging
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- We will provide return instructions within 48 hours
EU Customer Notice
As an EU-based customer:
- You have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days
- However, return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the item is faulty
Additional Notes
- We strongly recommend keeping the original bike box for at least 14 days
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected
