Our Approach

At Joncycle, we want every ride to feel right from the start. If something isn’t as expected, we offer a clear and structured return process.

 

Return Eligibility

 Bicycles

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery
  • The bike must be:
    • Unused and not ridden outdoors
    • In original condition (no scratches, damage, or modifications)
    • Returned with original packaging and accessories

Important:
Due to safety and resale requirements, used bicycles cannot be returned unless there is a verified defect.

Accessories & Parts

  • Return window: 14 days after delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Complete (no missing parts)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, especially for bicycles
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos as evidence
  • We will:
    • Arrange a replacement or
    • Issue a full refund
    • Cover return shipping if applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

👉 To change a product:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected:
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time:
    • 3–7 business days after inspection
  • Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item is defective

Non-Returnable Cases

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The bike has been used outdoors
  • The product shows signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
  • The return request is submitted after the return window
  • The item is missing original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email: info@joncycle.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  3. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours

EU Customer Notice

As an EU-based customer:

  • You have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days
  • However, return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the item is faulty

Additional Notes

  • We strongly recommend keeping the original bike box for at least 14 days
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected
