I’m very happy with my Java Neo 3 and with the overall buying experience from JonCycle.
I was looking for a lightweight 16-inch folding bike with a full carbon frame and a more modern setup than the usual compact folders. The Java Neo 3 fitted that idea very well, especially in this 12-speed electronic configuration.
On the road, the bike feels precise, agile and very easy to handle. Steering and general behaviour are predictable, and the low weight makes a noticeable difference in everyday use, especially when carrying, folding or moving the bike around.
Despite its compact size, it feels much more like a proper bicycle than I expected. The carbon frame, hydraulic brakes and electronic drivetrain give it a refined and responsive character, while the folding system keeps it genuinely practical.
Before ordering, I had quite a few questions about the specification, components and accessory compatibility. Communication with JonCycle was always direct and detailed, and they continued helping me after delivery with technical questions and accessories. The after-sales service has felt genuinely personal rather than like dealing with an anonymous online store, with management involved when needed. That is particularly reassuring when buying a relatively uncommon bicycle from abroad.
The bike arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Java Neo 3. It is light, compact, precise and fun to ride, with a specification that is difficult to find in this category.
I would recommend both the bike and JonCycle, especially to anyone looking for something lighter and more distinctive than a conventional folding bike.
